After moving to Adelaide 5 years ago to pursue his career in barbering, in 2016, Glenn decided to open up his first barbershop. Striving to create a space that nurtures creativity and encourages strong work ethic and excellence, Glenn has partnered his love for photography and the contemporary arts, to showcase his primary passion for modern barbering.
When not at work you will often find Glenn in China Town with his camera, frequenting some of Adelaides finest restaurants, eating food and sampling an array of real classy alcoholic beverages.
Uncovered at the local watering hole slinging brews and burritos. Charlie has come along way in the last year.
Starting out pushing broom, and dropping it, he’s going from strength to strength, Charlie has been able to use his love for modern day street and surf fashion culture to push the boundaries of modern/super minimalistic barbering.
When not keeping the average age of the shop down, you will find Charlie listening to his all-time favourite band “The Rubens” on Triple J.
The new kid on the block.
Actual fact, Sievy has been around since the very early days of TRM. Always ready to enlighten the shop with his worldly knowledge. Wether it be his vast knowledge of asian squatting techniques or stories from yonder of the girl’s with the wandering hands.
You will never find Sievy without a smile and a life changing story to tell!!
It isn’t often you find a diamond in the ruff, but when Glenn met Opie on the education circuit he knew she was the one.
But don’t let the sweet talk and smiles fool you. This Girl aint no-one to mess with. Growing up in the small town of Roxby Downs Opie found her way to Adelaide in her 20’s, Continuing to grow both her Ladies hair and Men’s Barbering skills.
We are very privileged to have this absolute star join us at the Moody and we just know she is going to hold down Glenelg like no-one has ever before.
You won’t believe it but somehow Glenn has been able to find the one brit who does not support a football team!
DON’T let that dishearten you what this geezer lacks in football knowledge he has tenfold in skills behind a set of clippers. Humbling from just outside of London Elliott has well and truly made himself at home in the barbershop with the guys. Knocking out quality cuts and even teaching everyone a thing or two. You don’t want to miss your chance to sit in the chair with this lad.
As your friend we will give you one word of warning. Don’t ask him about Liam Gallagher. Or do. Its up to you!
